Dylan Graves Treks To A Scary Wave At Kelinking Beach In New Video
When it comes to YouTube surf videos, we as a fanbase are blessed by abundance. You can literally see the world and find surf break gems without ever leaving your room. Thankfully men and women out there like Dylan Graves are willing to head out into the conditions to get the content we all enjoy. In a recent video Graves took off to a relatively unknown break in Indonesia to get rocked and rolled for the sake of education and entertainment.
In the video entitled “ThAt T-REX BEACH w sURFbOArDs duh,” Graves and his friend Rolo Montes set off to Kelinking Beach Nusa Penida in Bali, Indonesia. Getting to the beach was half the battle as a small, thin staircase was the access point. On the way down people coming up told them they were crazy to be attempting a surf at this location it but that did not stop them.
“Fortunately my friend Rolo, is always up for an adventure,” Graves said in the video. “When I explained that I had gotten a tip from Alex Smith, a professional surfer we both know from Hawaii, that this wave had potential, Rolo was all about it. Cause when you had people saying things like, ‘you might die out there’ it was nice to have a little backup.”
Conditions were crazy once they got down and this is a video that you will not want to miss. They surfed a few days there and got some amazing footage of some massive drop-ins. If Dylan Graves’ YouTube channel is not on your list definitely add it and this video to your watch list.
The video was produced, edited, and scored by Graves and was filmed by Carlo Coral.
